Install Mr. Blinky’s Tamagotchi 4U English app on your NFC compatible phone: mrblinky.net/tama/4u/app

You will then need to upload the Tamagotchi P’s/IDL files to the Tamagotchi 4U custom upload at: mrblinky.net/tama/4u/app/upload
Please note you cannot upload Tamagotchi P’s/IDL accessories and clothes.

How do I download my digital purchase(s)?

There are two ways to download your digital purchase(s):

1. If you registered for an account, you can log in by going to My Account and find the downloads you have purchased stored in the Downloads section.


2. Check your email and you can download your purchase directly through links. You will receive a notification that your order was completed after your payment is successfully processed, and you can click the download links in the Download column:

If you did not receive an email yet, check your spam/junkbox. If you are still having issues, you can contact us. Please use your same email that you have used to place your order and provide your order number.

How do I send downloads to Tamagotchi P’s, IDL, ID?

Use a compatible IrDA phone to email the downloads to yourself on the phone if using a smartphone (make sure files are unzipped). I made a video tutorial on how to send downloads to the Tamagotchi IDL, but the process is the same for the P’s and ID. Watch the tutorial here.

How do I send downloads to Tamagotchi Meets/ON?

You will need to install the MyMeets App on your computer that has Bluetooth at the following website: tamatown.com/downloads

After you install the app on your computer, click on the folder that says “assets”. Then click the folder “items”.

Copy and paste the download file into the folder “jp”. The download file should now be in the app. Open the MyMeets app and it should be loaded. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer before sending the downloads.

What are your shipping times?

Physical orders are shipped in 1-3 business days from Somerset, Massachusetts in the United States.

Tracked items: Charms/keychains, pins, comic books

Untracked items: Stickers

Domestic Standard Shipping

Domestic orders can take up to 2-8 business days to deliver after your order is shipped. Physical goods are shipped with USPS First Class Mail with the exception of comic books which are shipped with USPS Media Mail.

USPS First Class International Mail

International orders can take up to 2-5 weeks of delivery after your order is shipped depending on your location.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Returns or exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.

Do you accept refunds?

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for physical items (comic books, pins, keychains, stickers) unless an issue has occurred with your order. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.

Commissions are non-refundable once we start the drafting process. There is a refund processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 USD of the total order if you request a refund that has not started the commission drafting process. Please note you will not receive a full refund due to the refund processing fee.
