Description
This order is for a custom accessory and/or clothes download for your Tamagotchi model of choice. Art is by Bree and testing is by Anna.
Please contact us through the Contact Form or email us at contact@maomaogalaxie.com before submitting your custom order. After you submit your order, you will receive a downloadable receipt with further information.
- We will email draft(s) of the design for your approval in a few days and keep you updated on the commission’s progress.
- Each download design has a maximum of 3 revisions you can request.
- The final download file will be emailed to you.
- Commission is for personal uses only. Commercial use in any form is prohibited.
- The commission can take up to 1-3 weeks to complete.
There is an additional fee of $5 USD if you want the commission to be exclusive for your own personal use and not to be resold.
Commissions are non-refundable once we start the drafting process.
There is a refund processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 USD of the total order if you request a refund that has not started the commission drafting process. Please note you will not receive a full refund due to the refund processing fee.
