This order is for a custom digital Tamagotchi Uni or Tamagotchi Pix faceplate with original art by Bree
Please contact us through the Contact Form or email us at contact@maomaogalaxie.com before submitting your custom order.
- After you submit your order, you will receive an email with further instructions to submit photo references for the design in mind
- Within a few days, we will email the sketch of the design for your approval before finalizing the art
- Each design has a maximum of 3 revisions you can request
- The final download file will be emailed to you as a digital PDF file which you can print/cut the faceplate template yourself
- Commission is for personal uses only. Commercial use in any form is prohibited.
- The commission can take up to 1-3 weeks to complete depending on the complexity
Commissions are non-refundable once we start the drafting process.
There is a refund processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 USD of the total order if you request a refund that has not started the commission drafting process. Please note you will not receive a full refund due to the refund processing fee.
